2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KYC verification is required for transactions exceeding AED 55,000 as per UAE Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

3. Product Authenticity

All jewelry products listed on Tamara Vogue come with certificates of authenticity. Gold purity, diamond grading, and gemstone specifications are verified by independent laboratories. We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold through our platform.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are subject to real-time exchange rate fluctuations. Payment is accepted via credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipment insurance is available at 1.5% of order value.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Free insured shipping is provided for orders over $5,000. Standard shipping fees apply for orders below this threshold. All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and will be communicated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition with all packaging and certificates. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Buyer Protection

All purchases on Tamara Vogue are covered by our Buyer Protection program. This includes authenticity guarantee, secure payment processing, and dispute resolution. If a product does not match its description, you are entitled to a full refund.

8. Virtual Try-On

The Virtual Try-On feature provides an approximate visualization of how jewelry may look when worn. Results are for reference only and may vary from the actual product appearance due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and camera quality. Virtual Try-On results do not constitute a guarantee of fit or appearance.

9. Vendor Terms

Vendors on Tamara Vogue must maintain valid business licenses and comply with all applicable regulations. Products must be accurately described with verified certifications. Tamara Vogue reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these terms.
