When you place an order, your payment is held safely by the platform — not released to the vendor — until you confirm receipt of the item and verify its authenticity. This ensures that vendors deliver exactly what was promised, and your money is protected throughout the entire process.

Every product listed on Tamara Vogue undergoes a rigorous verification process. We require vendors to provide certification documents — GIA certificates for diamonds, hallmark certificates for gold — and our team verifies each listing before it goes live. Buyers can scan QR codes on products to independently verify authenticity.

If any dispute arises — such as an item not matching its description, missing certifications, or damage during shipping — our dedicated support team mediates between buyer and seller. We review evidence from both parties and work to reach a fair resolution. During the dispute process, funds remain in escrow until the matter is resolved.
