Shipping Policy

Tamara Vogue operates a vendor-led shipping model. Each vendor is responsible for safely packaging and shipping their products on time using their chosen carrier or in-house delivery service. Vendors must follow our platform's shipping and insurance guidelines for high-value goods.

Vendors have two options: they can deliver using their own in-house logistics, or they can use their preferred third-party shipping provider (insured courier). In both cases, the vendor must enter the tracking number into the platform so buyers can track their shipment in real time.

Shipment Insurance

Given the high-value nature of jewelry products, customers have the option to insure their shipment during checkout for an additional fee. This provides peace of mind for expensive jewelry in transit. Insurance covers loss, theft, and damage during shipping.

Orders over $5,000 qualify for free insured shipping. For orders below this threshold, insurance can be added at checkout at a competitive rate based on the declared value of the items.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within the applicable return window. The platform operates an escrow system where payment is held until the item is confirmed delivered and authentic, protecting both buyers and sellers.

If any dispute arises — such as an item not matching its description, missing certifications, or damage during shipping — a dispute resolution process is available, mediated by the Tamara Vogue support team. We review evidence from both parties and work to reach a fair resolution.

  • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • For disputes, our support team mediates between buyer and seller to reach a fair resolution.
